When Generoso Benvide fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chukenze FC's protests and gave Generoso Benvide a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Chukenze FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chukenze FC's goalkeeper Victorino Corderun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Hilario Veremundo came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Bagual fans jumped to their feet.
