With a little luck, Poroto FC's Ruben Ramond got control of the ball when Gervasio Miliano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 10th minute Unquillo were awarded a corner. Bernabe Benvide went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Angelo Lehior almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Poroto FC's Ruben Ramond did a great save. 15 minutes into the game, Gervasio Miliano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ruben Ramond was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aldo Balendin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Tallia having to interfere. Bernardino Tallia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Aureo in the 20th minute of play. Ruben Ramond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Manilan in the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Poroto FC's Mariano Loramendi got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Poroto FC's zone, Gervasio Miliano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruben Ramond came out of the goal and Gervasio Miliano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Poroto FC booed when Unquillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angel Manilan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cipriano Aureo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mariano Loramendi hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Gervasio Miliano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ruben Ramond, passed just outside the right post. In the 36th minute, Cipriano Aureo made a precise shot to the right of Bernardino Tallia. Unquillo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 41 minutes into the match, Gervasio Miliano notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Poroto FC's Ruben Ramond. Ruben Ramond was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cipriano Aureo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Bernardino Tallia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aldo Balendin was the one to do the kick off. Cipriano Aureo took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardino Tallia. Bernardino Tallia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Prospero Quintun hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Amadeo Mark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Bernardino Tallia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruben Ramond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Manilan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gervasio Miliano might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruben Ramond. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gervasio Miliano ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Aldo Balendin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poroto FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Balendin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardino Tallia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Unquillo's Marcelo Marques got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 86 minutes into the match, Marcelo Marques notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Poroto FC's Ruben Ramond. Ruben Ramond was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Poroto FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Unquillo had won, even though Poroto FC had held more of the ball.
