Eucalipto Blanco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santos Eguntsenti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Rosendo Stephen might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marciano Gartzi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rosendo Stephen ran back to his position shaking his head. Chapanay F.c's Fulgencio Idacio got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marciano Gartzea in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severino Olo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Severino Olo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Eguntsenti in the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute of the match Benjamin Quintin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marciano Gartzi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 37 minutes of play, Chapanay F.c's Emilio Clementi made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Severino Olo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Isaac Jerico was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 48 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, one of Eucalipto Blanco:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Eucalipto Blanco. The referee gave Chapanay F.c a penalty, 50 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Emilio Clementi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Eucalipto Blanco's Severino Olo. 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rosendo Stephen made a kick off. 57 minutes into the game, Chapanay F.c's Marciano Gartzea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Severino Olo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 64th minute, Cristian Mannie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severino Olo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Fulgencio Idacio. With a little luck, Eucalipto Blanco's Severino Olo got control of the ball when Gaston Haimar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eucalipto Blanco's Severino Olo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Eguntsenti in the 76th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaspar Odol during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gaspar Odol hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Chapanay F.c's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evelio Min was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chapanay F.c made a substitution. Flavio Orlondon replaced Emilio Clementi. The supporters of Chapanay F.c booed when Eucalipto Blanco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Hurko didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Chapanay F.c left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Eucalipto Blanco.
