Jeronimo Emesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Peruanton, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Celso Francho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th minute, Froilan Dunixi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 13 minutes, Desiderio Peruanton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RACING DE VILLA ARGERICH's supporters crossed their fingers, but Desiderio Peruanton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celso Francho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Jeronimo Emesto made a huge save. After some careless play in the RACING DE VILLA ARGERICH defense, Ildefonso Walme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Octavio Frechoso. The RACING DE VILLA ARGERICH fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Octavio Frechoso should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Peruanton in the 21st minute of play forced Palmarcito's goalkeeper Jeronimo Emesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Palmarcito's Jonas Gai seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jonas Gai the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Palmarcito protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jonas Gai had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Palmarcito! Celso Francho shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Jeronimo Emesto came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by RACING DE VILLA ARGERICH's Celso Francho. But to his dismay, Celso Francho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Celso Francho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Jeronimo Emesto made a huge save. Tadeo Nayely hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Emanuel Marz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 47th minute, Celso Francho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RACING DE VILLA ARGERICH fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ildefonso Walme was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Palmarcito's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Peruanton came free, but Jeronimo Emesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 minutes of play, RACING DE VILLA ARGERICH's Celso Francho made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeronimo Emesto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celso Francho in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeronimo Emesto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeronimo Emesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Francho in the 73rd minute of play. The RACING DE VILLA ARGERICH fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when RACING DE VILLA ARGERICH's Celso Francho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to RACING DE VILLA ARGERICH getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Jacobo Cambranes hit a great ball. Jeronimo Emesto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celso Francho went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. 93 minutes into the match, RACING DE VILLA ARGERICH's Celso Francho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeronimo Emesto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the RACING DE VILLA ARGERICH players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
