In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Corazuli AFC's goalkeeper Cornelio Madeo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Laureano Gorbea was the one to do the kick off. Cornelio Madeo came out of the goal and Laureano Gorbea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the match, Ricardo Sadurni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cornelio Madeo. Corazuli AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ricardo Sadurni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 63rd match minute, Nequen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Rey to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Joaquin Arce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ricardo Sadurni took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cornelio Madeo. Cornelio Madeo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Artemio Quinton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corazuli AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Artemio Quinton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teo Furman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Laureano Gorbea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Sadurni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Madeo having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artemio Quinton during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Artemio Quinton kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Nequen FC's Laureano Gorbea broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. Nequen FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
