Spectators: 7479 (Terracing: 5611, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mario Polo took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ombucta FC's Isidoro Xabat slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Godfredo Munio. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. In the 9th minute, Jorge Nesor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the match, Miguel Steven notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Capillas AFC's Godfredo Munio. Godfredo Munio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Godfredo Munio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Feliu in the 23rd minute of the match. When Rodrigo Froila fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Capillas AFC's protests and gave Rodrigo Froila a yellow card for diving instead. Capillas AFC's Godfredo Munio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Xabat in the 27th minute of play. Benicio Castulo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jeronimo Ponciano. Ombucta FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ombucta FC's Luisito Paul got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Isidoro Xabat made the kick off in the second half. Miguel Steven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isidoro Xabat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Napoleon Rode struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Godfredo Munio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ombucta FC. The audience was convinced that Isidoro Xabat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Godfredo Munio was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Capillas AFC's Godfredo Munio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Paul in the 74th minute of play. In the 78th match minute, Ombucta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Jacindo to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, Capillas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Steven came free, but Godfredo Munio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Godfredo Munio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Xabat, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute.
