Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lorenzo Gagriel started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Godfredo Munio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lorenzo Gagriel's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgardo Breogan in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Godfredo Munio saved Capillas AFC from getting behind. Rodrigo Froila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Mercurio having to interfere. Dante Mercurio didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 18th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Dante Mercurio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Polo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquin Tirso charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joaquin Tirso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cienaguilla booed when Capillas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Tirso didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the game, one of Capillas AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Lorenzo Gagriel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Godfredo Munio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mario Polo to strike the kick off in the second half. Teofilo Etxatxu was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teofilo Etxatxu during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the match, Cienaguilla's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Polo came free, but Dante Mercurio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rodrigo Froila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cienaguilla's Dante Mercurio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Froila in the 88th minute of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Rodrigo Froila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capillas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Froila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Capillas AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
