In the 36th minute, Vinicio Franco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Romelu Lukaku sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Matildo Fillol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romelu Lukaku, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matildo Fillol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romelu Lukaku in the 39th minute of the match. If Romelu Lukaku had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th match minute, ★ Banfield 1896 ★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Franco to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 52nd minute, Rodrigo Palacio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, AÓNIKENK's Damaso Dimo got a free kick in the 56th minute. Vinicio Franco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rodrigo Palacio hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. A hard shot 65 in the game by Romelu Lukaku from a close distance when the talented Matildo Fillol managed to make a qualified save. AÓNIKENK's players were relieved. After 69 played minutes ★ Banfield 1896 ★ got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Franco. It was beautiful to see AÓNIKENK's Celso Bizi in action when he in the 74th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! A throw-in in the 79th minute of the game was made by Fernan Tiso with Romelu Lukaku as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 83rd minute, Romelu Lukaku got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 86 played minutes AÓNIKENK got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Basualdo. Matildo Fillol came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by ★ Banfield 1896 ★'s Romelu Lukaku. But to his dismay, Romelu Lukaku quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Chants of ★ Banfield 1896 ★ echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as AÓNIKENK had held the ball for most of the match.
