In the 13th match minute, ★ Banfield 1896 ★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Franco to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Leondo F.C. getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Leonardo Gorosti hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Leondo F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Franco came free, but Roberto Abbondanzieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 24 in the game by Leonides Mincho from a close distance when the talented Roberto Abbondanzieri managed to make a qualified save. Leondo F.C.'s players were relieved. Luisito Ciceron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Erlantz in the 31st minute of play. Roberto Abbondanzieri made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Romelu Lukaku sent off a good shot on target. Aquilino Erlantz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisito Ciceron having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After 56 minutes, Vinicio Franco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ★ Banfield 1896 ★ and the Leondo F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vinicio Franco kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, ★ Banfield 1896 ★'s goalkeeper Luisito Ciceron had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aquilino Erlantz. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Leondo F.C.! Natalio Gurutz shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Luisito Ciceron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 孔迪彬 in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 76th minute, ★ Banfield 1896 ★'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Marciano Ayala fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 79 minutes into the match, Leondo F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Franco came free, but Roberto Abbondanzieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roberto Abbondanzieri came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by ★ Banfield 1896 ★'s Romelu Lukaku. But to his dismay, Romelu Lukaku quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.
