Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Leonides Arano made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute Albino Txordon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Belmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute, Albino Txordon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denis Belmiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. LIMA FC's Albino Txordon got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ezequiel Tipi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Belmiro having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albino Txordon in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denis Belmiro saved Rio de la Plata FC from getting behind. Denis Belmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celestino Colon in the 18th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Albino Telo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Denis Belmiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Denis Belmiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Txordon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Rio de la Plata FC defense, Celestino Colon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Denis Belmiro. The Rio de la Plata FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Denis Belmiro should have stopped the shot. Anibal Tino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Julio Omero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albino Txordon in the 35th minute of play forced Rio de la Plata FC's goalkeeper Denis Belmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Albino Telo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Belmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denis Belmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Txordon in the 48th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albino Txordon made a kick off. In the 54th minute Celestino Colon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Belmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute, Albino Txordon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th match minute, Rio de la Plata FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Indartsu to maneuver through the defense. Albino Telo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the game, LIMA FC's Jonatan Rivero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Denis Belmiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Albino Txordon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Belmiro having to interfere. The supporters of Rio de la Plata FC booed when LIMA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Maureo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Omero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Tino in the 74th minute of play. Albino Txordon's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Denis Belmiro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Rio de la Plata FC's Leonides Arano got a free kick in the 79th minute. Albino Txordon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Denis Belmiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Denis Belmiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albino Txordon's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Rio de la Plata FC's Denis Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Tipi in the 94th minute of play. Albino Txordon hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. LIMA FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
