Denis Belmiro came out of the goal and George Lemus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rio de la Plata FC's Denis Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Salvadore in the 6th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Amado Gonchan took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Denis Belmiro to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Rio de la Plata FC's Denis Belmiro got control of the ball when George Lemus tried to sneak it across the goal line. 12 minutes into the game, one of Sparco F.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Marcelo Asier fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rio de la Plata FC's protests and gave Marcelo Asier a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Rio de la Plata FC's Marcelo Asier got a free kick in the 18th minute. The supporters of Sparco F.C booed when Rio de la Plata FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Tino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute, Sparco F.C's Leopoldo Salvadore ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Denis Belmiro. Denis Belmiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. After 34th play minutes Leopoldo Salvadore shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Denis Belmiro and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 38th minute, Bahri Çağa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gavino Odilon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, Leopoldo Salvadore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gavino Odilon charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gavino Odilon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonides Arano to make the kick off. Osman Nuri Sezai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonides Arano in the 55th minute. Rio de la Plata FC's Leonides Arano got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sparco F.C's Bahri Çağa got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Rio de la Plata FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Guillermo Behe hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Salvadore in the 84th minute of play forced Rio de la Plata FC's goalkeeper Denis Belmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bahri Çağa kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the game, Leonides Arano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-3. Osman Nuri Sezai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leonides Arano kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th match minute, Sparco F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Otsoa to maneuver through the defense. If Bahri Çağa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Sparco F.C players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
