After a defensive mix-up in Dolores's zone, Benigno Gaskon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celal Sönmezalp came out of the goal and Benigno Gaskon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 18 played minutes Dolores got a freekick which was hit by Tomé Negri. In the 23rd minute Tomé Negri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Beremundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, new villa's goal looked a bit too open when Tomé Negri came free, but Constantino Beremundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 played minutes Dolores got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Calvet. Celal Sönmezalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hipolito Txindoki, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Celal Sönmezalp made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Benigno Gaskon sent off a good shot on target. Nereo Calvet charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nereo Calvet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Dolores's Ovidio Sidro got a free kick in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benjamin Henrico was the one to do the kick off. Benjamin Henrico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th match minute, Dolores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Pepillo to maneuver through the defense. Amado Rudolfo kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Dolores made a substitution. Blas Atarratze replaced Cayetano Pepillo. The supporters of new villa booed when Dolores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amado Rudolfo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lázaro Hermelando hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 73 played minutes, new villa's Anselmo Bordat shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Celal Sönmezalp came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in new villa reached it. Celal Sönmezalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Barrionuevo in the 80th minute of the match. Eugenio Barrionuevo's late challenge caught a Dolores's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugenio Barrionuevo helped the player get up and apologised. If Serafin Crescencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benjamin Henrico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Celal Sönmezalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ermegildo Bernaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Serafin Crescencio made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by new villa's Gregorio Weather. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angelo Ostargi during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Dolores's Angelo Ostargi got a free kick in the 96th minute. There was no doubt that new villa were the better team. new villa's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
