After 22 played minutes LaSub25 got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Adrio. LaSub25's Luciano Bela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save LaSub25 from getting a goal against them. LaSub25's Luciano Bela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Mikeldi in the 27th minute of play. Juan Lapurdi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Luciano Bela made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Covello's Juan Lapurdi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luciano Bela. That made the score 1-2 after 32 minutes of play. LaSub25's Luciano Bela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Lapurdi in the 35th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Covello's Juan Lapurdi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benedicto Gustau was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes LaSub25 got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Astudillo. After some careless play in the LaSub25 defense, Juan Lapurdi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luciano Bela. The LaSub25 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luciano Bela should have stopped the shot. 56 minutes into the match, LaSub25's goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Cordarrell came free, but Luciano Bela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Carmelo Rocendo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Lapurdi's late challenge caught a LaSub25's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan Lapurdi helped the player get up and apologised. Juan Lapurdi took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luciano Bela. Luciano Bela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-2. The supporters of LaSub25 booed when Covello was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Fortun didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Cordarrell in the 90th minute of play forced LaSub25's goalkeeper Luciano Bela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luciano Bela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Mikeldi in the 96th minute of play. Eusebio Aurken hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match.
