Altona AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rey de Copas the free kick. 14 minutes into the match, Altona AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Shepherd came free, but Hugo Eli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerardo Lobo came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Altona AFC's Emanuel Evis. But to his dismay, Emanuel Evis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Delmiro Tab kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Fidel Benvido charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ezequiel Shepherd was the one to do the kick off. Rey de Copas's Gerardo Lobo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Vistruario in the 55th minute of play.
