Spectators: 7298 (Terracing: 5475, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 145) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adolfo Baldovino got the match started through his kick off. Saul Vigil hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Boca jrs's Igor Theobald shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 4th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Roman Misael but with some difficulty. Esteve Benet came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Rosario's Baldomiro Barea. But to his dismay, Baldomiro Barea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Teodosio Oxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Roman Misael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Rosario's goalkeeper Roman Misael had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adolfo Baldovino. With his leg Roman Misael managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Boca jrs's Adolfo Baldovino fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 14 played minutes Boca jrs got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Fonso. Roman Misael made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adolfo Baldovino in the 18th minute. With a little luck, Rosario's Roman Misael got control of the ball when Adolfo Baldovino tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Claudio Arlo came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Rosario fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudio Arlo couldn't finish the play. Claudio Arlo took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esteve Benet. Esteve Benet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Esteve Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomiro Barea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rosario's Roman Misael proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Rosario from getting a goal against them. Igor Theobald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Roman Misael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Rosario booed when Boca jrs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Baldovino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esteve Benet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Barea in the 40th minute of the match. Esteve Benet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Barea in the 41st minute of play. In the 44th minute, Delmiro Peio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 47 minutes of play, Rosario's Baldomiro Barea made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esteve Benet was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adolfo Baldovino in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Misael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 67 minutes into the match, Boca jrs's goalkeeper Esteve Benet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudio Arlo. In the 70th minute, Eloy Victoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 71 minutes into the game, Melquiades Colas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Esteve Benet. Melquiades Colas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Claudio Arlo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosario's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudio Arlo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteve Benet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Rosario's Baldomiro Barea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Esteve Benet. That made the score 0-5 after 78 minutes of play. In the 92nd minute, Baldomiro Barea reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Esteve Benet. The goal made the score 1-6. Claudio Arlo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Esteve Benet made a huge save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Rosario eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
