Amanao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Flandria the free kick. Amanao's Eusebio Hegoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Amanao from getting a goal against them. Feliberto Hernando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guido Harkaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match Mauro Arce shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eusebio Hegoi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Feliberto Hernando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Hegoi having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Bartolo Ibar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victorino Hondo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 40th minute, Claudio Cai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 46 played minutes, Club Flandria's Mauro Arce shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eusebio Hegoi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Flandria reached it.

The wind increased when Bernardo Pancho made the kick off in the second half. Bartolo Ibar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorino Hondo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Bernardo Pancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amanao's Ismael Basajaun got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Claudio Cai's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorino Hondo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. In the 71st minute Guaberto Michael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Hondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusebio Hegoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Feliberto Hernando's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Sixto Luken took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eusebio Hegoi. Eusebio Hegoi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After 82 played minutes Club Flandria got a freekick which was hit by Guido Harkaitz. In the 84th minute Amanao were awarded a corner. Guaberto Michael went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 87th minute, Sixto Luken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Amanao could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Flandria throughout the match.
