The audience thought a goal was coming when Albano Ofelio got free with Marcelo Mendiko in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcelo Mendiko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Salvatore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, Freddy Salvatore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcelo Mendiko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Salvatore, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute Freddy Salvatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Mendiko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Rinconadilla's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Albano Ofelio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Romulo Telesforo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Marcelo Mendiko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelo Mendiko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amado Rameriz to make the kick off. Marcelo Mendiko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Miliano in the 51st minute of the match. If Albano Ofelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Emanuel Miliano made a precise shot to the right of Marcelo Mendiko. Rinconadilla's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in Rinconadilla's zone, Freddy Salvatore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Mendiko came out of the goal and Freddy Salvatore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amado Rameriz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Edelmiro Dantae skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rinconadilla's Marcelo Mendiko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Salvatore in the 63rd minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Eulalio Txartiko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelo Mendiko. Rinconadilla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eulalio Txartiko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Marcelo Mendiko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eulalio Txartiko in the 72nd minute of play. After having played for 73 minutes, Isaac Guillem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tuizón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaac Guillem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75th minute, Emanuel Miliano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelo Mendiko was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. 78 minutes into the match, Eulalio Txartiko notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Rinconadilla's Marcelo Mendiko. Marcelo Mendiko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 82 minutes into the match, Rinconadilla's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Salvatore came free, but Marcelo Mendiko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rinconadilla's Marcelo Mendiko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Salvatore in the 84th minute of play. With a little luck, Tuizón's Edelmiro Dantae got control of the ball when Amado Rameriz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th minute, Amado Rameriz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Freddy Salvatore cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Marcelo Mendiko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
