After 75 minutes of play, Mazarredo FC's Segundo Endura made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Narciso Elia was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 78 minutes, Cecilio Millan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rosario Central and the Mazarredo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Narciso Elia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. 89 minutes into the game, Zeledon Bartuelo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Narciso Elia. Zeledon Bartuelo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-8. In the 95th minute, Robustiano Pello ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Narciso Elia was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-9. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mazarredo FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
