Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Zeledon Bartuelo made the kick off and thus started the match. A collision led to Mazarredo FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Norberto Bautista hit a great ball. Candido Burni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Bartuelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Candido Burni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Bartuelo in the 12th minute of play. Bartolo Illan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigio Sendoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Edgard Nevada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dep.Cristal's Candido Burni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Dep.Cristal from getting a goal against them. After 24 played minutes Mazarredo FC got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Endura. Robustiano Pello's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Candido Burni skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 29 minutes into the game, Tomas Manny was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dep.Cristal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mazarredo FC the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Bartuelo in the 31st minute of play forced Dep.Cristal's goalkeeper Candido Burni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 minutes, Remigio Sendoa made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Mazarredo FC's Bartolo Illan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th minute, Remigio Sendoa made a precise shot to the right of Bartolo Illan. Mazarredo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Remigio Sendoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Dep.Cristal were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remigio Sendoa made a kick off. In the 65th minute Zeledon Bartuelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Burni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Robustiano Pello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Candido Burni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Pello in the 75th minute of the match. When Dep.Cristal's Remigio Sendoa in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mazarredo FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 85th minute Robustiano Pello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Burni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dep.Cristal's Candido Burni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Bartuelo in the 88th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Placido Diagur during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
