The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Gorra Boton FC booed when Babelion AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulgencio Hotz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute Hermengildo Vincent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Romelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fulgencio Hotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 10 minutes, Fulgencio Hotz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Babelion AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fulgencio Hotz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Fulgencio Hotz could shoot a difficult shot in the 11th minute, which Zeledon Isauro however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Primitivo Baraquiel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Babelion AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Primitivo Baraquiel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeledon Isauro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Gorra Boton FC's Zeledon Isauro got control of the ball when Fulgencio Hotz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leandro Arano missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 23 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Zeledon Isauro right hand side. 25 minutes into the match, Babelion AFC's Fulgencio Hotz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zeledon Isauro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 25 minutes into the game, Felix Totakoxe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gorra Boton FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Babelion AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Gorra Boton FC's Felix Totakoxe got a free kick in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Gorra Boton FC's goalkeeper Zeledon Isauro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fulgencio Hotz. 28 minutes into the match, Babelion AFC's Siro Dodorol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zeledon Isauro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zeledon Isauro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Dodorol, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Fulgencio Hotz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Babelion AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fulgencio Hotz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Kiliz in the 40th minute of play forced Gorra Boton FC's goalkeeper Zeledon Isauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Baraquiel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Zeledon Isauro made a huge save. After 44 played minutes Gorra Boton FC got a freekick which was hit by Santo Chayo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siro Dodorol in the 46th minute of play forced Gorra Boton FC's goalkeeper Zeledon Isauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fulgencio Hotz to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Gorra Boton FC's Santo Chayo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teodoro Romelio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Ruben Umea fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gorra Boton FC's protests and gave Ruben Umea a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Gorra Boton FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ruben Umea hit a great ball. Babelion AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leandro Arano in the 61st minute. 67 minutes into the game, Fulgencio Hotz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Zeledon Isauro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zeledon Isauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Hotz in the 70th minute of play. Timoteo Kiliz took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeledon Isauro. Zeledon Isauro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 79 minutes into the game, Eustacio Ihintza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gorra Boton FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Babelion AFC the free kick. In the 79th minute, Eustacio Ihintza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Babelion AFC's Fulgencio Hotz got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Gorra Boton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Hotz came free, but Zeledon Isauro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Siro Dodorol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zeledon Isauro came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Babelion AFC's Siro Dodorol. But to his dismay, Siro Dodorol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Babelion AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
