Hernan Rodriguez charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hernan Rodriguez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th match minute, C.D Y C.A was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Rodriguez to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristobal Ticho in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angel Amor saved C.D Y C.A from getting behind. Leonardo Burutzagi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Magdaleno in the 37th minute of play. Alfonso Luix took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonardo Burutzagi. Leonardo Burutzagi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Cristobal Ticho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Angel Amor made a huge save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristobal Ticho was the one to do the kick off. Leonardo Burutzagi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Osoro in the 55th minute of the match. A hard shot by Feliciano Sanson from long distance, 56 minutes into the match, got Leonardo Burutzagi's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Feliciano Sanson hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristobal Ticho in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angel Amor saved C.D Y C.A from getting behind. Feliciano Sanson hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, Cristobal Ticho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angel Amor. C.D Y C.A's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristobal Ticho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as C.D Y C.A's Elpidio Osoro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leonardo Burutzagi. That made the score 1-3 after 70 minutes of play. Leon Ixidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Angel Amor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domingos Elequemedo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as C.D Y C.A's Elpidio Osoro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leonardo Burutzagi. That made the score 1-4 after 82 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in C.D Y C.A's zone, Venancio Chago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angel Amor came out of the goal and Venancio Chago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Unidos de Minsal F.C's Leonardo Burutzagi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Unidos de Minsal F.C from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Rodriguez in the 92nd minute of play forced Unidos de Minsal F.C's goalkeeper Leonardo Burutzagi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Unidos de Minsal F.C's goalkeeper Leonardo Burutzagi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfonso Luix. When the match was over C.D Y C.A could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Unidos de Minsal F.C throughout the match.
