Francisco Chuan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leo Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

54 minutes into the match, Castelar Impact's Esteve Urbez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hugo Umea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Francisco Chuan was a little too slow when Artemio Pacho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-2.
