Hormiguero FC's Leonides Rafel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Handi in the 7th minute of play. When Erasmo Ceandro fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Unidos de Minsal F.C's protests and gave Erasmo Ceandro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th match minute, Unidos de Minsal F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Ceandro to maneuver through the defense. Fabio Kinsen's shot from long distance in the 10th minute was not bad at all, but Unidos de Minsal F.C's Leonardo Burutzagi knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After 12 played minutes Unidos de Minsal F.C got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Crescencio. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delmiro Bernat during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leonardo Burutzagi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Francis in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Cristobal Ticho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erasmo Ceandro got his second yellow card in the match during the 28th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Unidos de Minsal F.C getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Erasmo Ceandro hit a great ball. Leonardo Burutzagi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Mannie in the 33rd minute of the match. Leonardo Burutzagi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laureano Mannie went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Unidos de Minsal F.C's Leonardo Burutzagi got control of the ball when Santo Gergori tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Hormiguero FC fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Hormiguero FC's Aureliano Pasqual looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Leonardo Burutzagi was a little too slow when Anibal Francis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 3-0. The supporters of Unidos de Minsal F.C booed when Hormiguero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Gergori didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leon Ixidor made a kick off. Leon Ixidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 55 minutes, Domingos Elequemedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Unidos de Minsal F.C and the Hormiguero FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Unidos de Minsal F.C getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Domingos Elequemedo hit a great ball. When Aureliano Pasqual came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Hormiguero FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aureliano Pasqual couldn't finish the play. Paulo Gaspard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Leonardo Burutzagi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aureliano Pasqual sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hormiguero FC's Aureliano Pasqual got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aureliano Pasqual during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aureliano Pasqual hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Leo Brun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santo Gergori kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Santo Gergori was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hormiguero FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unidos de Minsal F.C the free kick. Santo Gergori hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Leon Ixidor struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Leonides Rafel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unidos de Minsal F.C. Leonardo Burutzagi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Pasqual in the 89th minute of play. Leon Ixidor was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Unidos de Minsal F.C's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Hormiguero FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Unidos de Minsal F.C for a fine match.
