But to his dismay, Artemio Pacho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 24th minute Artemio Pacho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Macit Doğa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lázaro Tebaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the game, Hornillos's Lucas Eguzki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Macit Doğa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Haimar in the 31st minute of play forced Ranquil's goalkeeper Macit Doğa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lázaro Tebaldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Macit Doğa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Haimar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Macit Doğa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Haimar in the 39th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lázaro Tebaldo made a kick off. Ricardo Haimar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Santiago Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Hornillos's Macit Doğa threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Artemio Pacho, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Blas Karmel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Macit Doğa made a huge save. In the 61st minute, Oscar Mateus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Macit Doğa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Eguzki in the 64th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Hornillos's Lucas Eguzki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Macit Doğa. That made the score 0-3 after 66 minutes of play. 69 minutes into the match, Ranquil's goal looked a bit too open when Artemio Pacho came free, but Macit Doğa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Lázaro Tebaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 75 played minutes Ranquil got a freekick which was hit by Leo Soin. With a little luck, Ranquil's Macit Doğa got control of the ball when Blas Karmel tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ricardo Haimar got free with Macit Doğa in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Artemio Pacho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Macit Doğa came out and tried to block the shot, but Artemio Pacho slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 81st minute. With a little luck, Ranquil's Macit Doğa got control of the ball when Ricardo Haimar tried to sneak it across the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Ranquil's goalkeeper Macit Doğa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardo Haimar. The Hornillos players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
