Spectators: 6469 (Terracing: 5469, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eustacio Manuelo got the match started through his kick off. When Tambillos's Elvio Urtungo in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Rojo de Mardel's goalie prevented a goal. Anacleto Mergildo came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by El Rojo de Mardel's Amado Sidro. But to his dismay, Amado Sidro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 11th minute, Amado Sidro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Severino Pagomari made an important save on a dangerous shot by Prudencio Weather in the 16th minute. Hilário Benevides kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Severino Pagomari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Manuelo in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Sidro in the 31st minute of play forced Tambillos's goalkeeper Anacleto Mergildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, El Rojo de Mardel's goalkeeper Severino Pagomari had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustacio Manuelo. After 38 played minutes El Rojo de Mardel got a freekick which was hit by Hilário Benevides. In the 40th match minute, El Rojo de Mardel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amado Sidro to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the game, Mauro Domenec was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Rojo de Mardel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tambillos the free kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amado Sidro was the one to do the kick off. Prospero Tancredo scored 1-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anacleto Mergildo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tambillos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Hilário Benevides scored to the left of an out of position Anacleto Mergildo, making the score, 1-3. In the 61st minute, Eustacio Manuelo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severino Pagomari was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. 65 minutes into the match, Prudencio Weather had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Severino Pagomari. El Rojo de Mardel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prudencio Weather was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. The supporters of Tambillos booed when El Rojo de Mardel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amado Sidro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severino Pagomari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prudencio Weather, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Prudencio Weather scored 4-3 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Severino Pagomari, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eustacio Manuelo took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severino Pagomari. Severino Pagomari dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-3. Severino Pagomari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elvio Urtungo in the 83rd minute of the match. Severino Pagomari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Weather in the 85th minute of play. Amado Sidro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Anacleto Mergildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the El Rojo de Mardel defense, Urbano Hug kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severino Pagomari. The El Rojo de Mardel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severino Pagomari should have stopped the shot. Hilário Benevides hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbano Hug in the 93rd minute of play forced El Rojo de Mardel's goalkeeper Severino Pagomari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Hilário Benevides hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tambillos had played much better football throughout.
