The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, LA BANDA 2023 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Tibalt came free, but Aurelio Gotzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 4th minute Marek Poremba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Gotzon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Matute Fc getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Nicolas Godoy hit a great ball. Marcelo Tibalt took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aurelio Gotzon. Aurelio Gotzon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Rodrigo Feliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 14 minutes into the game, Matute Fc's Marcelo Tibalt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurelio Gotzon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 18 minutes, Marcelo Tibalt made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. LA BANDA 2023 FC's Aurelio Gotzon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Marcelo Tibalt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matute Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Tibalt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelio Gotzon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Marek Poremba came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Matute Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marek Poremba couldn't finish the play. Apostolikas Liolidis scored 0-4 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurelio Gotzon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 30 minutes of play, Matute Fc's Marcelo Tibalt made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurelio Gotzon was left in no man's land by his defense there! LA BANDA 2023 FC's Aurelio Gotzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Tibalt in the 38th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Tibalt in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aurelio Gotzon saved LA BANDA 2023 FC from getting behind. In the 41st minute, Marek Poremba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of LA BANDA 2023 FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Matute Fc:s goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Justino Iaki to make the kick off. With his leg Aurelio Gotzon managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Matute Fc's Marcelo Tibalt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 54th minute, Apostolikas Liolidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aurelio Gotzon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Marcelo Tibalt received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aurelio Gotzon came out and tried to block the shot, but Marcelo Tibalt slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 60th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Marcelo Tibalt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matute Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Tibalt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelio Gotzon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 71 minutes into the game, Marcelo Tibalt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Aurelio Gotzon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 83rd minute Marek Poremba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Gotzon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodrigo Feliu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 90 minutes into the match, LA BANDA 2023 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marek Poremba came free, but Aurelio Gotzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Marcelo Tibalt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aurelio Gotzon was relentless in the 96th minute of the game.
