Carlos Matteo was a little too slow when Teodosio Sergi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 2-1. When Gilberto Berto came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the factura fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilberto Berto couldn't finish the play. Teodosio Sergi might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Matteo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teodosio Sergi ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of factura booed when Massao Arena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rexy Barenz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodosio Sergi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Matteo having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

After having played for 53 minutes, Primitivo Ishmael managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Massao Arena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Primitivo Ishmael was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Matteo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lino Cristofor lost his temper 70 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Massao Arena! Carlos Matteo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Massao Arena's Cristian Arotza shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Cristian Arotza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Matteo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. The supporters of factura booed when Massao Arena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Napier didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the factura players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Massao Arena.
