Cristian Arotza who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Angel Quinten when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Angel Quinten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Arotza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Massao Arena fully deserved thier win.
