Germano Esteves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mario Rivas in the 30th minute. Blas Benino hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Lino Izel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germano Esteves having to interfere. When C.A. Libertad's Teobaldo Benat in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cabana's goalie prevented a goal. In the 41st minute of the match, Rolando Admon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Germano Esteves saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jimeno Baldovino struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Amadeo Paublo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. Libertad.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lino Izel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Cabana got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Filipo. 62 minutes into the match, C.A. Libertad's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Izel came free, but Germano Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Germano Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Izel in the 65th minute of the match. Germano Esteves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Izel's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Admon in the 75th minute of play forced C.A. Libertad's goalkeeper Germano Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Germano Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Admon in the 79th minute of play. Germano Esteves came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Cabana's Lino Izel. But to his dismay, Lino Izel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Germano Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Rivas in the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, C.A. Libertad's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Bautista came free, but Germano Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Germano Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Izel, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute.
