The supporters of Defensores de Belgrano booed when Choya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Maurin didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amadeo Artaldo in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 潘渊超 saved Choya from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Choya's Alfonso Izotz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Calle Freving. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. Amadeo Artaldo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 潘渊超 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Calle Freving made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfonso Izotz in the 14th minute. 潘渊超 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Artaldo in the 18th minute of the match. Defensores de Belgrano were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Choya's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Walter-Adrián Samuel took the corner. After 23 minutes, Ramon Peio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Defensores de Belgrano and the Choya players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Choya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julián Urruti to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Driussi was slow to take the kick. During this time Choya's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Choya's Sebastian Driussi to fire away a dangerous shot which Calle Freving despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 85th minute Alfonso Izotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calle Freving saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oscar Lope sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Artaldo in the 88th minute of play forced Choya's goalkeeper 潘渊超 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
