With a little luck, López's Benedicto Erramun got control of the ball when Aquiles Diegotxe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benedicto Erramun came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Miche Fc's Aquiles Diegotxe. But to his dismay, Aquiles Diegotxe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, López's goalkeeper Benedicto Erramun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aquiles Diegotxe. Benedicto Erramun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Gamus in the 21st minute of the match. Miche Fc were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after López's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Remigio Sindo took the corner. Miche Fc's Remigio Sindo got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aquiles Diegotxes short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Benedicto Erramun to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Benedicto Erramun was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Froilan Chuse showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 39 minute of play. Benedicto Erramun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emanuel Gamus's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. López's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Feliberto Theobald scored to the left of an out of position Benedicto Erramun, making the score, 4-0. Teo Montay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Orlanda, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emanuel Gamus to make the kick off. Benedicto Erramun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Gamus in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to López getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Haroldo Ralondo hit a great ball. After some careless play in the López defense, Aquiles Diegotxe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedicto Erramun. The López fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedicto Erramun should have stopped the shot. When Miche Fc's Aquiles Diegotxe in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye López's goalie prevented a goal. 59 minutes into the match, López's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Gamus came free, but Benedicto Erramun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Angelino Polentzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Erramun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haroldo Ralondo kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Aquiles Diegotxe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benedicto Erramun was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Benedicto Erramun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Chuse, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 70 minutes into the match, López's Tobias Bibiano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teo Montay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 71st minute Aquiles Diegotxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Erramun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Froilan Chuse in the 72nd minute of play forced López's goalkeeper Benedicto Erramun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by López's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Remigio Sindo was slow to take the kick. During this time Miche Fc's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Miche Fc's Remigio Sindo to fire away a dangerous shot which Benedicto Erramun despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Haroldo Ralondo charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Haroldo Ralondo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to López getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Haroldo Ralondo hit a great ball. 83 minutes into the game, Miche Fc's Aquiles Diegotxe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benedicto Erramun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 89th minute, Angelino Polentzi made a precise shot to the right of Benedicto Erramun. López's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. There was no doubt that Miche Fc were the better team. Miche Fc's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
