The audience was convinced that Uno Ling's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baldomero Mergildo was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Golpess's Pascual Basualdo got a free kick in the 30th minute. When Uno Ling came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Golpess fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uno Ling couldn't finish the play. With his leg Baldomero Mergildo managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Golpess's Uno Ling fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alvaro Francesco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Barrionuevo in the 60th minute of play. Santiago Urbes hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pascual Basualdo during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Toco y me voy FC booed when Golpess was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Basualdo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uno Ling got free with Baldomero Mergildo in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee ended the match the Toco y me voy FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
