Braulio Gaskon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Amancio Valente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amancio Valente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Mundo in the 41st minute of play. In the 44th minute, Katthus's Amadeo Mundo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amancio Valente. Amancio Valente yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0.

After 51 minutes of play, Katthus's Nana Liders made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amancio Valente was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amancio Valente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Mundo in the 55th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Fredriksson's zone, Amadeo Mundo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amancio Valente came out of the goal and Amadeo Mundo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Katthus's Tom Aesma got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 63 minutes, Tom Aesma mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Katthus and the Fredriksson players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Mundo in the 65th minute of play forced Fredriksson's goalkeeper Amancio Valente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Filomeno Sugoi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dominique Striednig was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. Amancio Valente stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amadeo Mundo's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. If Tom Aesma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauricio Cefero was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 78 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Katthus's Mauricio Cefero got a free kick in the 78th minute. Horacio Cai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the game, Katthus's Braulio Gaskon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amancio Valente made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. After a rather tough play, Katthus's Armando de Medeiros got a free kick in the 85th minute. Ionuț Ioviță might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amancio Valente. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ionuț Ioviță ran back to his position shaking his head. Katthus's Nana Liders got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Katthus's Braulio Gaskon got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nana Liders sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 93 minutes, Tom Aesma managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Katthus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tom Aesma was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Fredriksson's Tobias Loiola got a free kick in the 94th minute.
