A collision led to Fredriksson getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Paolo Savier hit a great ball. When Manuel Niguel came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Bulls Fútbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Niguel couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Fredriksson's Virgilio Eyague got a free kick in the 36th minute. Bulls Fútbol Club's Eusebio Firmo got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fredriksson's Virgilio Eyague got his second yellow card of the match in the 45th minute. The referee ordered Virgilio Eyague off the ground. The supporters of Bulls Fútbol Club booed when Fredriksson was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Eyague didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amancio Valente made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manuel Niguel in the 47th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Bulls Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Jonatan Vimaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Horacio Cai.
