Spectators: 7367 (Terracing: 5526, Seating: 1694, VIP seats: 147) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Andy Holm kicked off to start the match. After 6 minutes of play, Gonzalitos's Wilfredo Berart made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mariano Katia was left in no man's land by his defense there! 8 minutes into the match, Cayastacito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Uxio came free, but Mariano Katia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Katia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Berart in the 10th minute of the match. Mariano Katia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Quinteros in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Carlos Lameiras cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ciriaco Hodei was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gonzalitos's Ciriaco Hodei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Gonzalitos from getting a goal against them. In the 28th match minute, Cayastacito AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Bidun to maneuver through the defense. Ernesto Uxio, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ernesto Uxio took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariano Katia. Mariano Katia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 39 minutes into the game, Gonzalitos's Wilfredo Berart nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mariano Katia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 57th minute, Wilfredo Berart left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gonzalitos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Mariano Katia successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boruc Gniech in the 65th minute of play forced Gonzalitos's goalkeeper Ciriaco Hodei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zacarias Quinteros got free with Mariano Katia in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 69th match minute, Gonzalitos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Cordareo to maneuver through the defense. Ciriaco Hodei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Lameiras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the game, Wilfredo Berart recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mariano Katia. Wilfredo Berart showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. Gonzalitos's Ciriaco Hodei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eymeric Féret in the 86th minute of play. Feliciano Petri hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After 88 played minutes, Cayastacito AFC's Carlos Lameiras shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ciriaco Hodei came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cayastacito AFC reached it. If Boruc Gniech had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Wilfredo Berart dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mariano Katia, 1-7. Andy Holm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciriaco Hodei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Gonzalitos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
