Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mariano Katia acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 12th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Cosme Tajo. 13 minutes into the match, Cayastacito AFC's goalkeeper Mariano Katia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lázaro Boni. After some careless play in the Cavalango defense, Benicio Menendo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arturo Dayam. The Cavalango fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arturo Dayam should have stopped the shot. Casimiro Igon's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mariano Katia firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 22 played minutes Cavalango got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Boni. Carlos Lameiras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andy Holm took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arturo Dayam. Arturo Dayam dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Cavalango's Arturo Dayam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andy Holm in the 31st minute of play. Cayastacito AFC's Mariano Katia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Inocente in the 36th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Carlos Lameiras managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cayastacito AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Lameiras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arturo Dayam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Danilo Inocente kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mariano Katia. That made the score 1-3 in the 42 minute of play. Lázaro Boni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Mariano Katia made a huge save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Danilo Inocente was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Casimiro Igon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Katia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lázaro Boni charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lázaro Boni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lázaro Boni hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Cayastacito AFC's Boruc Gniech slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arturo Dayam. That made the score 1-4 after 55 minutes of play. Mariano Katia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Boni, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. With his leg Arturo Dayam managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Cayastacito AFC's Carlos Lameiras fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. During the 61st minute of the match Lázaro Boni completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lázaro Boni a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Cayastacito AFC booed when Cavalango was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Boni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benicio Menendo hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Florin in the 68th minute of play forced Cayastacito AFC's goalkeeper Mariano Katia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeronimo Beltxe was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 72 minutes into the match. Jeronimo Beltxe hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. When Patricio Florin came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Cavalango fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Florin couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Cavalango getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Casimiro Igon hit a great ball. When Casimiro Igon came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Cavalango fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casimiro Igon couldn't finish the play. After 85 played minutes Cavalango got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Inocente. In the 87th minute, Patricio Florin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cavalango fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Andy Holm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
