Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cavalango's Danilo Inocente started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Gonzalitos's Maximino Pere in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cavalango's goalie prevented a goal. Feliciano Petri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gonzalitos's Ciriaco Hodei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Inocente in the 13th minute of play. Casimiro Igon's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ciriaco Hodei firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 15th match minute, Gonzalitos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Quinteros to maneuver through the defense. Casimiro Igon scored 1-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ciriaco Hodei, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Lázaro Boni fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cavalango's protests and gave Lázaro Boni a yellow card for diving instead. Lázaro Boni kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Maximino Pere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zacarias Quinteros hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Casimiro Igon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cavalango's supporters rose to their feet, but Casimiro Igon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciriaco Hodei breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Danilo Inocente took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ciriaco Hodei to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice moves Casimiro Igon could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Ciriaco Hodei however easily saved by the left post. In the 39th minute Maximino Pere shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Dayam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st match minute, Gonzalitos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Cordareo to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lázaro Boni got free with Ciriaco Hodei in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cavalango's Arturo Dayam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Berart in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maximino Pere stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Cavalango's Jimeno Ralondo got a free kick in the 51st minute. Gonzalitos's Wilfredo Berart got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maximino Pere recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximino Pere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danilo Inocente took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciriaco Hodei. Ciriaco Hodei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 68 minutes into the match, Gonzalitos's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Igon came free, but Ciriaco Hodei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Feliciano Petri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciriaco Hodei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danilo Inocente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximino Pere received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Arturo Dayam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Maximino Pere came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Gonzalitos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximino Pere couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Wilfredo Berart managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gonzalitos's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilfredo Berart was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arturo Dayam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ciriaco Hodei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Boni, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Ciriaco Hodei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Inocente in the 88th minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Zacarias Quinteros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gonzalitos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cavalango the free kick. After 93 played minutes Gonzalitos got a freekick which was hit by Zacarias Quinteros. In the 94th minute Lázaro Boni suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 94 minutes into the game, Wilfredo Berart was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gonzalitos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cavalango the free kick. Danilo Inocente's late challenge caught a Gonzalitos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Danilo Inocente helped the player get up and apologised. Danilo Inocente hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Many of Gonzalitos's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Gonzalitos may have spent more time on the ball, but Cavalango were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
