To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the match, Atlético Rivadavia's goalkeeper Hilario Cedro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santiago Lando. Leopoldo Gimenez was extremely unlucky when he, in the 29th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Leopoldo Gimenez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
