The supporters of BETIANA FC booed when Atlético Rivadavia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Arnau didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Atlético Rivadavia's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Santana came free, but Hilario Cedro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angel Quiroga struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Hilario Cedro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BETIANA FC. After 9 minutes, Blas Jaunti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético Rivadavia and the BETIANA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Angelo Santana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hilario Cedro having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angel Quiroga in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hilario Cedro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 15 minutes into the match, BETIANA FC's goalkeeper Calvin Masters had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pastor Jerold. 17 minutes into the game, Angelo Santana cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hilario Cedro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Atlético Rivadavia defense, Angel Quiroga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hilario Cedro. The Atlético Rivadavia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hilario Cedro should have stopped the shot. Hilario Cedro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Victoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Calvin Masters didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 27th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. If Domingo Chan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Efrain Victoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Santana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the game, BETIANA FC's Efrain Victoro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hilario Cedro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Hilario Cedro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Milio in the 46th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Domingo Chan to strike the kick off in the second half. Efrain Victoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Hilario Cedro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Rivadavia's zone, Angel Quiroga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hilario Cedro came out of the goal and Angel Quiroga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Blas Jaunti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Efrain Victoro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hilario Cedro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Atlético Rivadavia's Blas Jaunti got a free kick in the 62nd minute. If Tobias Milio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angel Quiroga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Hilario Cedro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tobias Milio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Calvin Masters made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Chan in the 75th minute of play. Blas Jaunti got his second yellow card in the match during the 75th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 78th minute, Tobias Milio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hilario Cedro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Victoro in the 87th minute of the match. Angel Quiroga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Cedro having to interfere. Atlético Rivadavia's Hilario Cedro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Victoro in the 92nd minute of play. Angel Quiroga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Cedro having to interfere. The Atlético Rivadavia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. BETIANA FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
