When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Vinicio Incendio put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Leopoldo Iraido. The Oliva fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Oliva's Vinicio Incendio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The wind increased when Vinicio Incendio made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes La Gallardeta F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. After a defensive mix-up in La Gallardeta F.C's zone, Vinicio Incendio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leopoldo Iraido prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 64 minutes into the match, La Gallardeta F.C's goalkeeper Leopoldo Iraido had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vinicio Incendio. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vinicio Incendio got free with Leopoldo Iraido in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oliva played a much better game than La Gallardeta F.C and deserved their victory. The La Gallardeta F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
