Alberto Peru charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alberto Peru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Maggolo booed when Pintos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Peru didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Feliberto Arias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Teodoro Baleren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 13 minutes into the match, Pintos's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Arias came free, but Teodoro Baleren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 minutes of play, Maggolo's Feliberto Arias made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teodoro Baleren was left in no man's land by his defense there! 20 minutes into the match, Pintos's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Virila came free, but Teodoro Baleren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Peru in the 22nd minute of play forced Maggolo's goalkeeper Jonatan Lander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Pintos getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ceferino Turi hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Evaristo Sarracino took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Jonatan Lander to make any attempt to save it. When Florentino Francho fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maggolo's protests and gave Florentino Francho a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Maggolo getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Florentino Francho hit a great ball.
Jonatan Lander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Abar in the 54th minute of the match. If Alfonso Virila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 61 minutes, Celso Abar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pintos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celso Abar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celso Abar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ceferino Turi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Jonatan Lander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Ceferino Turi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pintos's supporters rose to their feet, but Ceferino Turi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonatan Lander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 85 minutes into the game, Ceferino Turi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pintos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maggolo the free kick. In the 85th minute, Ceferino Turi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romeo Hotz charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romeo Hotz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 88 minutes of play, Pintos's Celso Abar made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonatan Lander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pintos were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
