Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Feliberto Arias took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Maggolo booed when Uraguey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Herensuge didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Gustavsson struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Jonatan Lander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uraguey. Rene Herensuge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jonatan Lander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Maggolo's zone, Rene Herensuge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonatan Lander came out of the goal and Rene Herensuge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonatan Lander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Gustavsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Jonatan Lander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Herensuge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casimiro Conrao kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After 42 minutes of play, Uraguey's Gabriel Gustavsson made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonatan Lander was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Uraguey's Julian Iyan got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half Uraguey were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliberto Arias in the 52nd minute of play forced Uraguey's goalkeeper Elvio Baudelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elvio Baudelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonatan Lander made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Rene Herensuge sent off a good shot on target. Uraguey made a substitution. Big Banana replaced Gabriel Gustavsson. 68 minutes into the game, Uraguey's Rene Herensuge nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonatan Lander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Uraguey's Rene Herensuge got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Maggolo's goalkeeper Jonatan Lander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rene Herensuge. When Rene Herensuge came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Uraguey fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rene Herensuge couldn't finish the play. Uraguey's Elvio Baudelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Virila in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Rene Herensuge ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonatan Lander was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Elvio Baudelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Arias in the 85th minute of play. If Rene Herensuge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The Maggolo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Uraguey were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
