The supporters of Naipe booed when Los Cerrillos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Telmo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Los Cerrillos's zone, Benigno Serafo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aureliano Lucian came out of the goal and Benigno Serafo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tadeo Telmo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Naipe's supporters rose to their feet, but Amador Neron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aureliano Lucian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Naipe were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Los Cerrillos to leave the ground with a draw.
