In the 6th minute Alejandro Ferrer suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Efrain Esiquio during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Naranjito AFC made a substitution. Juan Lorenz replaced Alejandro Ferrer. After 13 played minutes Naranjito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Santana. After 16 minutes, Edgard Domenec mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moncho El Buitre and the Naranjito AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Naranjito AFC booed when Moncho El Buitre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Domenec didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Lorenz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Santo having to interfere. Daniel Tristan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Remigio Santo having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Edgard Domenec managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moncho El Buitre's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgard Domenec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Mano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eusebio Santana hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After 40 minutes of play, Naranjito AFC's Juan Lorenz made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remigio Santo was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Lorenz to make the kick off. After 53 minutes, Aquilino Goizeder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moncho El Buitre and the Naranjito AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 55 minutes, Juan Lorenz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Naranjito AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Lorenz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Remigio Santo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Lorenz in the 59th minute of the match. After 64 played minutes Naranjito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Dei. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Domenec in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermegildo Mano saved Naranjito AFC from getting behind. 68 minutes into the match, Naranjito AFC's goalkeeper Ermegildo Mano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgardo Frantzes. Aquilino Goizeder kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Daniel Tristan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Remigio Santo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Leon Chuan made a precise shot to the right of Ermegildo Mano. Naranjito AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Guaberto Sayvion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Efrain Esiquio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Lorenz took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remigio Santo. Remigio Santo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. When the referee ended the match the Naranjito AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
