Silverio Monico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Quirze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Santos Brion fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Fantasmas Jr's protests and gave Santos Brion a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th minute, Santos Brion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silverio Monico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Geofredo in the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the game, Santos Brion cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Anselmo Eutor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Geofredo in the 27th minute of play forced Los Fantasmas Jr's goalkeeper Silverio Monico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Flavio Geofredo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Los Fantasmas Jr's Silverio Monico. Silverio Monico was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hugo Quirze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 45 minutes, Hugo Quirze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Agronomasters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Quirze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hugo Quirze to make the kick off. Flavio Geofredo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 51stth minute, Silverio Monico skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Hugo Quirze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silverio Monico made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Flavio Geofredo sent off a good shot on target. 73 minutes into the match, Los Fantasmas Jr's goalkeeper Silverio Monico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavio Geofredo. Los Fantasmas Jr's Silverio Monico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Quirze in the 75th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Kaxen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Agronomasters's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Fantasmas Jr the free kick. The supporters of Los Fantasmas Jr booed when Agronomasters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Kaxen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute Luis Rosio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Eutor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Los Fantasmas Jr's Luis Rosio got a free kick in the 81st minute. A collision led to Agronomasters getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Isidoro Bernat hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Los Fantasmas Jr's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Flavio Geofredo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Silverio Monico made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Flavio Geofredo sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th match minute, Los Fantasmas Jr was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Rosio to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Silverio Monico managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Agronomasters's Flavio Geofredo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Los Fantasmas Jr's Silverio Monico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Quirze in the 96th minute of play.
