Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1460, VIP seats: 40) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Benigno Errolan made the kick off which started today's match. Benigno Errolan kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 5thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Club Deportivo Esperanza's keeper Eduardo Jerrald was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 7th match minute, Cavalango AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celedonio Gil to maneuver through the defense. Lucas Venerando scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Eleder, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Eduardo Jerrald managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Cavalango AFC's Celedonio Gil fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. David Eleder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Cugat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Celedonio Gil sped through Club Deportivo Esperanza's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eduardo Jerrald. David Eleder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Cugat in the 20th minute of the match. In the 21stth minute of the game Celedonio Gil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Deportivo Esperanza's Eduardo Jerrald was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benigno Errolan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Eduardo Jerrald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Generoso Sidoro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Deportivo Esperanza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cavalango AFC the free kick. Generoso Sidoro kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Eduardo Jerrald made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benigno Errolan in the 26th minute. Club Deportivo Esperanza's Lucas Venerando got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. David Eleder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Venerando in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Gil in the 37th minute of play forced Club Deportivo Esperanza's goalkeeper Eduardo Jerrald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute Julio Cugat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Eleder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Eleder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Fagildo in the 41st minute of the match. Eduardo Jerrald made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benigno Errolan in the 43rd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Eduardo Jerrald successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Eduardo Jerrald stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celedonio Gil's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucas Venerando to make the kick off. Club Deportivo Esperanza's Eduardo Jerrald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Gil in the 54th minute of play. Tadeo Normando was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 55 minutes into the match. In the 56th match minute, Cavalango AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Normando to maneuver through the defense. Julio Cugat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but David Eleder made a huge save. Benigno Errolan took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eduardo Jerrald. Eduardo Jerrald dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 69 minutes into the match, Cavalango AFC's goalkeeper David Eleder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julio Cugat. Julio Cugat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute Lucas Venerando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Eleder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Venerando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Eleder having to interfere. With a little luck, Cavalango AFC's David Eleder got control of the ball when Julio Cugat tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th minute, Salvador Fagildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Club Deportivo Esperanza's zone, Benigno Errolan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Jerrald came out of the goal and Benigno Errolan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 97 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Esperanza's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Gil came free, but Eduardo Jerrald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cavalango AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Club Deportivo Esperanza had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
