Club Deportivo Esperanza's Eduardo Jerrald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Abel in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute Clodoveo Valente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Jerrald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 played minutes PASTORIZA FC got a freekick which was hit by Iker Gerazan. PASTORIZA FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Lucas Venerando scored to the left of an out of position Guido Kimetz, making the score, 3-0. Lucas Venerando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Guido Kimetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Lucas Venerando made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the PASTORIZA FC defense, Salvador Fagildo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guido Kimetz. The PASTORIZA FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guido Kimetz should have stopped the shot. Delmar Blasi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Eduardo Jerrald when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The PASTORIZA FC fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when PASTORIZA FC's Delmar Blasi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Eduardo Jerrald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Evarado in the 91st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Club Deportivo Esperanza's zone, Delmar Blasi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Jerrald came out of the goal and Delmar Blasi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Club Deportivo Esperanza had played much better football throughout.
