Israel Silbestre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Rutenio having to interfere. Gonzalo Rutenio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Orlandus in the 23rd minute of the match. Guaberto Sendoa's late challenge caught a SAN TELMO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guaberto Sendoa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th minute, Guaberto Sendoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute Israel Silbestre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzalo Rutenio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Deportivo Alfajor's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Iyan came free, but Gonzalo Rutenio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Severo Atauri in the 45th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Laureano Mikelats kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 2-1 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florentino Orlandus to make the kick off. Aureliano Jacindo kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Severo Atauri notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of SAN TELMO FC's Laureano Mikelats. Laureano Mikelats was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 70th minute Florentino Orlandus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzalo Rutenio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gonzalo Rutenio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florentino Orlandus's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Laureano Mikelats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severo Atauri, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After 95 played minutes Deportivo Alfajor got a freekick which was hit by Celso Atarrabi. Gonzalo Rutenio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Silbestre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Deportivo Alfajor support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
