An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Tano in the 11th minute of play forced Talleres lo mas's goalkeeper Octavio Vito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 played minutes ARECO2 FC got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Ieltxu. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Americo Elorri during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Martin Tano was extremely unlucky when he, in the 23rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Fernan Salvidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Berrios in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute, ARECO2 FC's Martin Tano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Octavio Vito. Octavio Vito yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Abelardo Amaya struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Fernan Salvidor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Talleres lo mas. Fernan Salvidor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmiro Francesco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Octavio Vito made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Ivan Rykov sent off a good shot on target. In the 42nd minute, Celedonio Isidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abelardo Amaya to make the kick off. ARECO2 FC's Fernan Salvidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Lopes in the 52nd minute of play. Facundo Berrios's late challenge caught a ARECO2 FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Facundo Berrios helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ARECO2 FC booed when Talleres lo mas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Facundo Berrios didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Talleres lo mas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. If Abelardo Amaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Fernan Salvidor successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Talleres lo mas's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
