Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Simon Franco took the kick off in the first half of the match. Mauricio Gombal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Braulio Baleren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Aguilares City's Siro Luix got a free kick in the 5th minute. Braulio Baleren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Gombal in the 6th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ezequiel Cristos in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Braulio Baleren saved Aguilares City from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Siro Luix during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Aguilares City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siro Luix to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Gombal in the 11th minute of play forced Aguilares City's goalkeeper Braulio Baleren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Huinganco's goalkeeper Roque Dimas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teobaldo Manny. Siro Luix got his second yellow card in the match during the 26th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 27 played minutes Aguilares City got a freekick which was hit by Siro Luix. Braulio Baleren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Gombal, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Huinganco's Mauricio Gombal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Braulio Baleren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mauricio Gombal took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Braulio Baleren. Braulio Baleren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Teobaldo Manny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Franco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roque Dimas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Anastasio Ladio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bruno Ler fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huinganco's protests and gave Bruno Ler a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes Huinganco got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Ler. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teobaldo Manny got free with Roque Dimas in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mauricio Gombal to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Huinganco's zone, Simon Franco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roque Dimas came out of the goal and Simon Franco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute, Ezequiel Cristos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Aguilares City's Artemio Urtun tried to score from far away in the 58th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Huinganco's Roque Dimas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Manny in the 64th minute of play. After having played for 67 minutes, Mauricio Gombal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huinganco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauricio Gombal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 68 played minutes Huinganco got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Cristos. After some careless play in the Huinganco defense, Teobaldo Manny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roque Dimas. The Huinganco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roque Dimas should have stopped the shot. Mauricio Gombal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Baleren having to interfere. Mauricio Gombal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Braulio Baleren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Mauricio Gombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ezequiel Cristos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 86 minutes, Ezequiel Cristos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Huinganco and the Aguilares City players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th minute, Ezequiel Cristos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roque Dimas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Manny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 minutes, Marcelo Guillelmo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aguilares City and the Huinganco players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 93 played minutes Aguilares City got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Guillelmo. Huinganco's Fernando Felipillo got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
